Connect the thermostat to the gridiron, make sure there is no connection gap then plug the power. The red light turns on

Turn the adjustable temperature knob to your desired temperature and take 2-3 minutes for pre-heating. Brush the baking sheet with oil then put the food on(during cooking, use thermostat to adjust temperature)

After cooking, turn the temperature knob to "0", then pull out the plug from socket.
